I'm on Windows XP, Acer Aspire pc, ntl server,ad-aware, Norton Antivirus2002. When my computer is left on it goes to a black screen and when I move the mouse or touch keyboard the Error message 'could not find the file 'swflash.ocx' appears. I thought there used to be a pattern once. I think this is since the mirosoft XP update.
(The one where the boot bar is now blue). Please all solutions very easy to understand I'm not very computer literate!
