Yellow people,

Has anyone come across a tool or plug in that can be used so you can view a PDF file as a thumbnail like a jpeg picture file?

I've done zillions of pdf scans at work and people want to know if its possible to do this? I've done some searching, but no luck, maybe someone knows of anything?

Just as a thumbnail is Windows Explorer, like a jpeg in a folder and yes I've googled like crazy - I work on a PC, not a mac, however mac's are cool, so delicious
