hi what i want to do is hook my pc up to my lcd tv i have a agp graffics card nvidia geforce 76000 gs and my pc is advent 3111 my lcd is a 37, LG LH3000 LCD will the the sound will aswell what cable to i buy

Ideally you need a tv out socket on your graphics card.
