Existing HDD in my Advent 7111 is Fujitsu MHV2080BH (80 GB) which I wish to upgrade to 320 GB
Which of these below is suitable?
WD3200BEVT (Sata11 interface)
WD3200BEVE (Pata interface)

Assuming the information on the Tech Guys site is correct then you want a SATA drive. Whether the interface is SATA II or not I can't say. So you might not get SATA II speed. Also I can't say whether the BIOS will recognise a 320GB HD but you can probably download software from Fujitsu to overcome that if it doesn't.

The 7111 mainboard uses the Intel 945 + ICH7M chipset which is SATA II.
The WD 3200BEVT is well priced at Ebuyer atm - £35.75
