I am trying to help an elderly friend who likes to print his emails out to read. Recently the text has started coming out much smaller when printed and I can't seem to alter the size. This must be something simple but frustratingly can't figure it out. Have tried going to print preferences for the printer but the options are very limited.
The system concerned is Windows XP SP3.
Email is Microsoft Express 6
Printer, Lexmark Z602
Can anyone point me in the right direction please?
