Hi. I run Mcafee security centre (supplied free with O2 broadband) on my new laptop and it says I'm not fully protected. Clicking "fix" doesn't help and when I click "update" I'm taken to a blank web page with no options. What am I doing wrong? McAfee runs ok on my desktop and two other laptops. Any ideas please

Probably your easiest solution will be to uninstall & reinstall it (if you must).

Are you sure it is not a trial that now needs paying for?
