Hi guys,

I'm having a hard time moving the Outlook files from my Windows XP computer to my new Windows Vista HP Pavilion. The new computer is an AMD Pheron 9750 Quad Core Processor ACPI x64-based PC.

The file and transfer settings aren't working. My old PC freezes when the files transfer windows open, so I have to move the Outlook .pst files, but Outlook in the other PC doesn't offer the option to import from a .pst file, only comma or tab -separated Windows files, but those aren't working either.

Thanks,

Niquinomo

I've never seen a version of Outlook that doesn't import pst files.

File>Import & Export>Import from another program or file>scroll down & pick 'Personal Folder file'

I find it hard to believe that you don't have that option. What version of Outlook is it?
