My computer (windows XP) starts ok but slow, then there is no icons, no task bar, nothing just the desktop wallpaper. I cannot get task manager or 'run' to start either. In safe mode it is the same. Following messages come up..Application failed to inialize properly.Oxco150002 and Explorer exe apllication error.
