Hi, I have a ADVENT 7086 laptop which has a VGA port at the back. I am trying to find out if the VGA card on my laptop has a TV-Out function. Please help me with this as I was about to buy a VGA to TV Converter ( S Video / RCA Jack) HERE when it said 'This adapter will ONLY work with VGA display cards that has TV-Out function capability'.
It would be greatful if you could help me with this situation as soon as possible.

I must admit that the requirement had me scratching my head. I mean who has ever seen a card that supports TV out without it having a TV out port? And if it has a TV out port, why would you need a VGA adapter? 
But anyway, your question can be answered quite simply, The laptop has a SIS integrated graphics chip. No TV out.
